J3L SELLS THIS PALLET TO YOU, THE BUYER, IN THE CURRENT “AS IS” CONDITION.

ANY MANIFESTS PROVIDED ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. J3L DOES NOT VERIFY MANIFESTS.  YOU CAN EXPECT A 20% VARIANCE IN MANIFESTS.  WE DO NOT REFUND FOR VARIANCES.

You, the buyer, assume all responsibility of your pallet.

J3L IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PURCHASE.

Uninspected returns are items that have been bought and returned, but the condition is unknown.  Items could be working and come in original packaging; others will be non-functional and/or missing original packaging.  Accessories may not be included, and sets may be incomplete. Pallets could be all broken or brand new. J3L does not inspect pallets prior to being sold.  There are no returns and no refunds on pallet purchases.  You purchase this pallet at your own risk.
